Managing Director Melissa Tandy is an award-winning strategist with a reputation for solving business critical problems in Diversity and Inclusion, Risk Management and Cultural Change.
Specialising in creating strategies and multi-year implementation plans, Melissa works with Boards, Leaders and Teams in businesses, government agencies and not-for-profit organisations to foster workplaces where everyone can thrive.
With more than 20 years in the corporate sector, Melissa is known for her collaborative approach and her passion for empowering people she works with to be their best. She uses her perseverance, resilience and situational adaptability to help develop individuals to uplift their capabilities and professional growth.
Melissa is a speaker and MC and is also a Director of Equality Australia, Chair of Equality Australia Audit and Risk Committee, and Strategic Advisor for Pride In Diversity Executive Advisory Forum.

Melissa is a proud LGBTIQ+ ally and is often sought for her guidance on diversity and inclusion in the workplace and communities.
One of her biggest professional achievements is in developing an award-winning Pride network at ANZ Bank in addition to mentoring future leaders in Pride, Abilities and Indigenous networks to ensure they have the confidence and capabilities to thrive.
